Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for booking with Speed Up! by Puzzle With Emilia.

Because our offerings consist exclusively of non-tangible digital services, live coaching sessions, and video analyses, all purchases are final and non-refundable once ordered or delivered.

1. Digital Services & Coaching Sessions

  • No Returns or Physical Shipping: Due to the nature of digital services and online coaching, there are no physical goods to return or ship.

  • All Sales Are Final: Once a coaching session or video analysis purchase is completed, refunds are not offered.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked coaching session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time, and we will gladly help you choose a new slot.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notification may be forfeited without a refund or reschedule.

3. Video Analysis Services

For video analysis orders, processing begins upon receipt of your submitted video link. Once the video analysis process has commenced or the completed analysis has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Service Issues or Support

We strive to provide top-quality speed puzzling coaching and video analysis. If you experience technical difficulties receiving your booking link or accessing your session, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
