1. Overview

This website is operated by Speed Up! by Puzzle With Emilia ("we", "us", or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Speed Up! by Puzzle With Emilia. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital coaching, video analysis, or related digital services from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Services & Digital Delivery

  • Service Scope: We provide online speed puzzling coaching (individual and team/pair sessions), speed cubing/Rubik's cube coaching, and speed puzzling video analysis.

  • Delivery: All services are conducted online via digital video conferencing platforms or digital media delivery. No physical products will be shipped.

  • Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, suitable device, and any required video software necessary to participate in coaching sessions or submit footage for video analysis.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • Session Appointments: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance according to available availability.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes to scheduled sessions must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed sessions (no-shows) may result in forfeiture of the session without reimbursement or reschedule options.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our services are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase or booking through our accepted payment gateways on Shopify.

5. Intellectual Property & Service Content

All coaching methods, video recordings provided by us, documents, and promotional material remain the intellectual property of Speed Up! by Puzzle With Emilia. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view delivered digital content (such as personal video analyses) for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not record, redistribute, publish, or sell our coaching materials or recorded sessions without express written consent.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales of digital services, live coaching, and video analysis are final. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to assist you in improving your speed puzzling and speed cubing techniques, we do not guarantee specific competition results or placement outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Speed Up! by Puzzle With Emilia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
